Do You Have An Online Sales Process for Your Beauty Business?

by on December 30, 2009

Do you have an online sales process for your beauty business? How do you have one if you don’t know what it is?  A sales process is when a purchase is made and delivered to you in a timely manner.

If you have a sales process in place, don’t  assume that everything’s works perfectly.

  • Have someone outside of your company place an order and tell them to let you know how the process worked.
  • Was there a thank you note inside?
  • Did it arrive on time.
  • Did you get what you ordered or someone else’s order?
  • Was it packaged properly?

If someone else is handling your customer service side of the business, place a call as though you’re the customer.  How is the phone answered?   Were your questions answered to your satisfaction?

Not there yet?  You will be!  So, If you don’t have an online sales process yet,  these are just a few of the questions you’ll want to answer before you set things in motion.  Create a check list based on these questions and you’ll find yourself ahead of the game.
