Have you ever heard the comment- The less I work, the more money I earn? When you learn how to Outsource the work that you don’t like but others can do it in their sleep, you’ve got a winning combination.
The key is to take inventory of what you enjoy doing or are very good at doing. You do those things, but the task that you don’t like or don’t do well or procrastinate at doing, you outsource them to someone that’s better qualified to do them and do them well.
The same thing applies to the team that you work with. Play to the strengths of your team and when you come together, you’ve got a well rounded, strong force that will make things happen much faster than if you had to do it all by yourself.
As you start building your beauty business, you’ll probably be doing a lot of the work yourself until you can afford to get someone to help you. One thing we’ve learned and encourage you to do when starting your beauty business is to know something about the skill you’re wanting to outsource. It will save you time, money and frustration.
You don’t have to be an expert, but knowing and understanding the fundamentals of what a job will entail are a must before turning them over to an outsource agent.
To Your Success,
Robert & Juliette
